    breakfast: 1 pack dole dippers frozen banana slices - 100 cal

    lunch: 6 chicken nuggets, homemade strawberry smoothie - 240 cal

    dinner: 1/2 ribeye steak - 423 cal

    total calories: 763

    slowly but steadily, im lowering my food intake. i feel like its mostly a consciousness thing, and im really proud of myself thus far! idk my plan for tomorrow, i guess just keep doing what im doing. 😛
