breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 2 packs splenda - 150 cal
lunch: 5 taquitos, 6 chicken nuggets - 610 cal
dinner: 1/4 chicken breast, 4 watermelon cubes, 3 bites of corn, tiny nibble of boar bacon - 162 cal
Calorie Total: 922
i did much better today than i did over the last two days. im proud of myself for not breaking 1000 calories, and i think from here on out ill be able to lower my calorie intake every day until im at a place i feel more comfortable at.
im actually getting my blender tomorrow which is annoying because i thought it was gonna come yesterday. regardless, im excited to be able to make smoothies and protein shakes and stuff to hopefully help me curb my appetite without actually having to consume much. wish me luck~
