  1. I was finally able to actually purge yesterday

    I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand it did make me feel better, but I'm not sure how much of what I consumed actually came back up. I don't think it's something I want to do often, because I don't want to ruin my gag reflex and I prefer to just not eat anything in the first place, but it feels like a secret backup weapon or something. I don't even really "binge" anyway, I just give in and eat a normal amount of food which ends up feeling like too much
