  1. I haven’t been on in a long while... I’m eating and binging so much lately I’m so ashamed. I haven’t gained all the weight back but if I keep doing this I will. ://

  2. I’m feeling much better lately.. I’m in a better place and I got the job 🤗 I’ve been doing frantic cleaning today and ate half of a pizza with a half a cup of apple juice ❤️

  3. Feeling super stressed and unhappy lately. I can’t control anything happening and it’s making me go insane. I have a job interview tomorrow and I just feel so rushed into it. I have to have a job to be in the co op for my school... I just want to cry 😕

    also I have been maintaining my weight that I’ve lost once again I’m so close to losing some more I’m sooo close.... but it takes forever.

      It went pretty well, they’re gonna send me background check results in a couple of days which there’s nothing on my record so I’m hoping I’ll get the job.

  4. I’ve been so dizzy. I have to stand up really really slow and it makes me feel like an old person 😂 but yeah now I’m starting to lose my vision and such.

      But I am losing weight and what I’m doing is working so I don’t want to stop

      I get that too and what helped me was bumping up my electrolytes, particularly sodium (I would make sure to salt my eggs and then my cucumber). I was still cautious getting up (when things seemed worse) but I didn't end up having any dizziness, etc.

  5. I’ve been eating under 1000 calories for about two weeks 😌 feeling pretty good

  6. I just had hometown pizza... I feel disgusting. My stomach hurts sm I don’t think I’ll be eating tomorrow.

  7. I’ve lost another few pounds this week 💕 I’ve been doing pretty well with it however I’m afraid I’ll binge soon

      Whenever I start to feel out of control I try to have a day of mostly protien. It helps A LOT.

  8. Whenever I really want to binge lately I’ve just decided to chew and spit it back out 😕

      When I want to binge, I brush my teeth, chug a water, and take a shower. 

       

      If I cant do that I take one bite of what I'm craving and chug some water. It seems to help too.

      Brushing teeth would make sense, it makes you not want to eat after it
