This is another classic Eating Disorder quiz from all the way back in 1999, but one specifically for dancers! (ballet, not exotic)
Only the scoring/weight has been slightly modified, otherwise everything is 99% verbatim to the original.
    Scoring
Under 25% = "Based on your responses it is likely that you have healthy body perception and eating behavior. Remember it is normal to occasionally feel bad about your body or eat in an unhealthy way."
25% - 60% = "Based on your responses it is possible that you have a distorted perception of your body or that your eating habits are unhealthy.  This doesn't necessarily  mean that you are suffering from an eating disorder. You may just need to learn better nutritional skills or techniques for being more positive about yourself."
60%+ = "Based on your responses you may be suffering from an eating disorder or you may develop one. You should consider either discussing this with someone you care about or making an appointment with your doctor."

This is a very light-weight Eating Disorder self-quiz of the type you'd get in the lobby of an ED treatment center or at a university student health clinic.
    Scoring
75%+ = You should really get medically or professionally evaluated.
33% to 75% = You have some ED issues you could be talking to a therapist about.
    Below 33% = Pretty normal.

This quiz is is adapted and inspired from one of the most common Eating Disorder tests used to screen / self-assess for basic eating disorder behavior. Adapted/inspired means the questions are very similar, but not at all identical; and our answers and scoring are very different. This quiz is not a valid assessment tool; our scoring below is only a non-professional opinion.
This quiz only tries to guestimate if you might score positively on an actual assessment given by a professional.
    Scoring
50%+ = We think you'd score well above the positive range on an actual ED assessment screening/assessment test.
30%-50% = We think you'd score above the cutoff on an actual ED assessment screening/assessment test.
Below 30% = We think you'd not score above the cutoff on an actual ED assessment screening/assessment test.
